Jeliko\u017e se u\u017e nau\u010dil j\u00edst bylinkov\u00e1 pesta, tak jsem mu tuto pol\u00e9vku p\u0159izdobila petr\u017eelkov\u00fdm pestem, aby vypadala hezky barevn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro 4 osoby:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pol\u00e9vka:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>750 g o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho fenyklu rozkrojen\u00e9ho na \u010dtvrtky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u016fl, olivov\u00fd olej<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jarn\u00ed cibulka na kole\u010dka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rozdrcen\u00fd strou\u017eek \u010desneku<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litr v\u00fdvaru<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 malink\u00e1 brambora na kosti\u010dky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 l\u017e\u00edce ke\u0161u m\u00e1sla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Petr\u017eelkov\u00e9 pesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 velk\u00e9 hrsti petr\u017eelky<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olivov\u00fd olej<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>s\u016fl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ctvrtky fenyklu pe\u010deme s trochou olivov\u00e9ho oleje a soli v troub\u011b na 180 stup\u0148\u016f cca 20 minut. V hrnci zp\u011bn\u00edme na oleji jarn\u00ed cibulku, p\u0159id\u00e1me rozdrcen\u00fd \u010desnek, pe\u010den\u00fd fenykl, bramboru nakr\u00e1jenou na kosti\u010dky a \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdvaru. Va\u0159\u00edme 15 minut. Pol\u00e9vku vlijeme do mix\u00e9ru,  p\u0159id\u00e1me ke\u0161u m\u00e1slo a spolu rozmixujeme do hladka. Vlijeme zp\u011bt do hrnce, dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b do\u0159ed\u00edme v\u00fdvarem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petr\u017eelku zalijeme olivov\u00fdm olejem dle pot\u0159eby, p\u0159id\u00e1me s\u016fl a rormixujeme do hladka ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rem.
