Ale v tomto receptu budu po upe\u010den\u00ed kv\u011bt\u00e1ku, kter\u00fd je u\u017e tak chu\u0165ov\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fd, pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1le a p\u0159iprav\u00edm \u00fa\u017easnou ko\u0159en\u011bnou pol\u00e9vku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro 3 osoby:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>300 g kv\u011bt\u00e1ku<\/li><li>1\/2 l\u017ei\u010dky mlet\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edmsk\u00e9ho km\u00ednu<\/li><li>1\/2 l\u017ei\u010dky uzen\u00e9 mlet\u00e9 papriky<\/li><li>1\/2 l\u017ei\u010dky kurkumy<\/li><li>olej, s\u016fl<\/li><li>80 g \u0161alotky<\/li><li>2 l\u017ei\u010dky strouhan\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru<\/li><li>1 strou\u017eek strouhan\u00e9ho \u010desneku<\/li><li>cca 500 ml dobr\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru<\/li><li>cca 200 ml kokosov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka Aroy-d<\/li><li>p\u00e1r kapek citr\u00f3nu, chilli vlo\u010dky, \u010derstv\u00fd koriandr<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u011bt\u00e1k rozebereme na r\u016f\u017ei\u010dky a rozlo\u017eime na plech na pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr. Pokapeme olejem a p\u0159id\u00e1me \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fd km\u00edn, uzenou papriku, kurkumu a s\u016fl. Prom\u00edch\u00e1me a pe\u010deme 15 a\u017e 20 minut na 180 stup\u0148\u016f. Mezit\u00edm si v hrnci orestujeme na drobno nakr\u00e1jenou \u0161alotku cca 5 minut na m\u00edrn\u00e9m plameni. P\u0159id\u00e1me strouhan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor a \u010desnek a cca po minut\u011b restov\u00e1n\u00ed zalijeme \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvaru a va\u0159\u00edme 10 minut. P\u0159id\u00e1me pe\u010den\u00fd kv\u011bt\u00e1k, pop\u0159. dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdvaru a va\u0159\u00edme dal\u0161\u00edch cca 10 minut. Nakonec \u010d\u00e1st pol\u00e9vky rozmixujeme ty\u010dov\u00fdm mix\u00e9rem, ale nech\u00e1me si tam kusy kv\u011bt\u00e1ku. Do\u0159ed\u00edme kokosov\u00fdm ml\u00e9kem a pop\u0159. v\u00fdvarem a dochut\u00edme citr\u00f3nem a sol\u00ed.
