Mat\u011bj u\u017e mi vyrostl do v\u011bku, kdy si se mnou d\u00e1v\u00e1 nep\u00e1liv\u00e9 nudle v Thai Thai a miluje kdy\u017e mu je daj\u00ed sebou do krabi\u010dky. J\u00e1 mu takov\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1m i doma, ale te\u010f jsem musela ud\u011blat tuto light variantu bez sojov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky a sezamov\u00e9ho oleje a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee m\u011bla velik\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch :). No a pro co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed, mrkev kupuji zmrazenou, \u017eampi\u00f3ny nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 a vyv\u00e1r M&amp;S \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro 3 osoby:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>cca 280 g hov\u011bz\u00ed sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na co nejten\u010d\u00ed prou\u017eky<\/li><li>1 l\u017e\u00edce ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dky<\/li><li>1 l\u017e\u00edce olivov\u00e9ho oleje<\/li><li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0161krobu<\/li><li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka strouhan\u00e9ho \u010derstv\u00e9ho z\u00e1zvoru<\/li><li>400 g mrazen\u00fdch mrkvi\u010dek Bonduelle<\/li><li>200 g \u017eampi\u00f3n\u016f nakr\u00e1jen\u00fdch na pl\u00e1tky<\/li><li>hov\u011bz\u00ed v\u00fdvar na podlit\u00ed<\/li><li>1 dcl Marsala Fine<\/li><li>2 svazky nudl\u00ed Ramen (160 g) <\/li><li>olej, s\u016fl<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u00edch\u00e1me ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dku, olivov\u00fd olej, kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd \u0161krob a z\u00e1zvor a do t\u00e9to marin\u00e1dy nalo\u017e\u00edme maso. Pokud sp\u011bch\u00e1me, tak alespo\u0148 30 minut, \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le, t\u00edm l\u00edp. Na p\u00e1nvi rozeh\u0159ejeme olej a na n\u011bm prudce op\u00e9k\u00e1me n\u011bkolik minut zmrazen\u00e9 mrkve a \u017eampiony. Podlijeme tro\u0161kou v\u00fdvaru a dus\u00edme pod pokli\u010dkou cca 10 a\u017e 15 minut do m\u011bkka. Zat\u00edmco se n\u00e1m dus\u00ed zelenina, d\u00e1me va\u0159it nudle dle n\u00e1vodu, propl\u00e1chneme studenou vodou a d\u00e1me stranou. Nudle a zelenina jsou hotovy a nyn\u00ed p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu maso. Na hodn\u011b rozp\u00e1lenou p\u00e1nev d\u00e1me p\u00e1r kapek oleje a jakmile se z n\u00ed za\u010dne lehce kou\u0159it, tak p\u0159id\u00e1me maso, kter\u00e9 prudce op\u00e9k\u00e1me. Maso se n\u00e1m zat\u00e1hne a ihned jej podlijeme Marsalou. Je pot\u0159eba hodn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it plamen, tak aby se tekutina ihned zah\u0159\u00e1la a za\u010dala va\u0159it. Marsalu nech\u00e1me odpa\u0159it a sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme plamen. Cel\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava masa trv\u00e1 cca 4 a\u017e 5 minut a je pot\u0159eba m\u00edt kvalitn\u00ed a velmi rozp\u00e1lenou p\u00e1nev. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se maso za\u010dne dusit, pust\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu a bude gumov\u00e9.
