I kdy\u017e kombinace thajsk\u00e9 ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dky a italsk\u00e9 Marsaly je neobvykl\u00e1, tak garantuji, \u017ee ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dku v kone\u010dn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi nepozn\u00e1te, ale je hodn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, aby maso bylo kr\u00e1sn\u011b \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9. Ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dku jsem si hodn\u011b obl\u00edbila a nakl\u00e1d\u00e1m do n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy masa. A Marsalu, prost\u011b miluji :-). Nech\u00e1me marinovat n\u011bkolik hodin, klidn\u011b i p\u0159es noc. Pokud sp\u011bch\u00e1te, tak minim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 minut. Na velmi rozp\u00e1lenou p\u00e1nev d\u00e1me tro\u0161ku \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje a pl\u00e1tky zprudka ope\u010deme z obou stran tak, aby byly kr\u00e1sn\u011b zlat\u00e9. Jakmile je maso ope\u010den\u00e9, podlijeme jej Marsalou a op\u011bt na velmi rozp\u00e1len\u00e9 panvi nech\u00e1me Marsalu vypa\u0159it a zredukovat.
