Pot\u00e9 m\u00e1m na m\u011bs\u00edc zaji\u0161t\u011bny ob\u011bdy a ve\u010de\u0159e z jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, tak\u017ee si odpo\u010dinu od va\u0159en\u00ed a budu se v\u011bnovat jen miminku. Toto je perfektn\u00ed j\u00eddlo pro d\u011bti k t\u011bstovin\u00e1m nebo tak\u00e9 k ope\u010den\u00fdm brambor\u016fm, ale  i k b\u00edl\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro 4 osoby:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na masov\u00e9 kuli\u010dky:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>450 g hov\u011bz\u00edho libov\u00e9ho masa ( j\u00e1 pou\u017eila hov\u011bz\u00ed bio plec)<\/li><li>1 rohl\u00edk (den star\u00fd)<\/li><li>60 ml ml\u00e9ka<\/li><li>1 l\u017e\u00edce na jemno nasekan\u00e9 petr\u017eelky<\/li><li>1 l\u017e\u00edce na jemno nasekan\u00e9 \u0161alv\u011bje<\/li><li>1 vejce<\/li><li>1 rozdrcen\u00fd strou\u017eek \u010desneku<\/li><li>s\u016fl, pep\u0159, olivov\u00fd olej<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na om\u00e1\u010dku:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>3 strou\u017eky \u010desneku nasekan\u00e9ho na jemno<\/li><li>400 g \u010derstv\u00fdch raj\u010dat <\/li><li>400 g kr\u00e1jen\u00fdch raj\u010dat z plechovky Mutti<\/li><li>0,5 a\u017e 1 dcl b\u00edl\u00e9ho v\u00edna<\/li><li>velk\u00e1 hrst \u010derstv\u00e9 bazalky<\/li><li>t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, olivov\u00fd olej<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuli\u010dky: Maso umeleme na hrubo. Rohl\u00edk nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky, zalijeme ml\u00e9kem a nech\u00e1me 5 minut odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Po t\u00e9 ho bu\u010f  pro\u017eeneme strojkem na maso nebo rozsek\u00e1me no\u017eem na ka\u0161i a p\u0159id\u00e1me do m\u00edsy k masu. D\u00e1le p\u0159id\u00e1me petr\u017eel, \u0161alv\u011bj, vejce, \u010desnek, s\u016fl a pep\u0159. V\u0161e d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me a nech\u00e1me v lednici odpo\u010dinout alespo\u0148 30 minut. Po t\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00edme kuli\u010dky velikosti pingpongov\u00e9ho m\u00ed\u010dku, kter\u00e9 vkl\u00e1d\u00e1me na plech s pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem, lehce je poma\u017eeme olivov\u00fdm olejem a pe\u010deme v horkovzdu\u0161n\u00e9 troub\u011b na 170 stup\u0148\u016f cca 15 minut. Hotov\u00e9 kuli\u010dky vlo\u017e\u00edme do hork\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om\u00e1\u010dka: \u010cesnek lehce ope\u010deme na olivov\u00e9m oleji, nesm\u00ed se p\u0159ip\u00e1lit ani p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zhn\u011bdnout. P\u0159id\u00e1me k n\u011bmu raj\u010data z plechu a tak\u00e9 \u010derstv\u00e1 raj\u010data, kter\u00e1 jsme si spa\u0159ili a oloupali. Podlijeme trochou v\u00edna a dus\u00edme cca 15 minut s pootev\u0159enou pokli\u010dkou na m\u00edrn\u00e9m plameni, tak aby se v\u00edno a p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e1 tekutina vypa\u0159ila. Om\u00e1\u010dku po t\u00e9 st\u00e1hneme z plamene, vhod\u00edme do n\u00ed \u010derstvou bazalku a rozmixujeme ponorn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rem dohladka. Ochut\u00edme t\u0159tinov\u00fdm cukrem, sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em. Cukru pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m cca 1 a\u017e 2 l\u017ei\u010dky, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na sladkosti raj\u010dat.
