Nejsem p\u0159\u00edznivcem hotov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, ale m\u00e1m moc r\u00e1da v\u00fdrobky zna\u010dky Mutti a tato om\u00e1\u010dka na pizzu je skv\u011ble ochucen\u00e1 a nechutn\u00e1 um\u011ble jako om\u00e1\u010dky od jin\u00fdch zna\u010dek. Nav\u00edc mi \u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das a v\u00fdsledek je perfektn\u00ed. Do konzervovan\u00fdch raj\u010dat v\u017edy p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1m l\u017ei\u010dku t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho cukru, m\u00e1m r\u00e1da, kdy\u017e jsou tro\u0161ku slad\u0161\u00ed. Tohle j\u00eddlo je lep\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e jej nech\u00e1te alespo\u0148 hodinku vychladnout, v\u0161e se kr\u00e1sn\u011b spoj\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc mi chutn\u00e1 a\u017e na druh\u00fd den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>cca 1 kg dobr\u00fdch brambor<\/li><li>1 a p\u016fl plechovky raj\u010datov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9 na pizzu Mutti<\/li><li>1 a\u017e 2 l\u017ei\u010dky t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho cukru<\/li><li>2 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed lilky<\/li><li>olivov\u00fd olej<\/li><li>1 a\u017e 2 kvalitn\u00ed mozzarelly nakr\u00e1jet na kole\u010dka<\/li><li>parmaz\u00e1n<\/li><li>s\u016fl<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Brambory uva\u0159\u00edme ve slupce v osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b do m\u011bkka. Nech\u00e1me vychladnout, oloupeme a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na pl\u00e1tky cca 0,5 cm. Raj\u010datov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9 d\u00e1me na p\u00e1nev, zah\u0159ejeme a dochut\u00edme dle chuti t\u0159tinov\u00fdm cukrem. Lilky nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na cca 0,5 cm siln\u00e1 kole\u010dka nebo pl\u00e1tky, z obou stran pot\u0159eme olivov\u00fdm olejem, ulo\u017e\u00edme na plech s pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00edrem t\u011bsn\u011b vedle sebe a lehce posol\u00edme. D\u00e1me p\u00e9ct do trouby na 180 stup\u0148\u016f 10 a\u017e 15 minut. Maj\u00ed jen zm\u011bknout, nesm\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zhn\u011bdnout. Lilky se nevejdou na jeden plech, je pot\u0159eba je p\u00e9ct na n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed m\u00e1me v\u0161e p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 a m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt vrstvit do zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy ke kter\u00e9 m\u00e1me v\u00edko. Dno zap\u00e9kac\u00ed m\u00edsy pokapeme trochou raj\u010datov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9 a olivov\u00fdm olejem a vrstv\u00edme: polovina brambor, polovina lilk\u016f, mozzarella, druh\u00e1 p\u016flka brambor, druh\u00e1 p\u016flka lilk\u016f. Jednotliv\u00e9 vrstvy zakap\u00e1v\u00e1me raj\u010datov\u00fdm pyr\u00e9(sta\u010d\u00ed jen lehce, nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba souvisl\u00e1 vrstva) a vrstvu lilk\u016f nav\u00edc v\u017edy pokapeme olivov\u00fdm olejem. J\u00e1 sol\u00edm jen lehce vrstvu brambor, v\u0161e ostatn\u00ed u\u017e je osolen\u00e9. Kon\u010d\u00edme v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vrstvou raj\u010datov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9, kterou posypeme parmaz\u00e1nem.
