Je skv\u011bl\u00e1 jen takto sama o sob\u011b s t\u011bstovinami nebo gnocchi s trochou parmaz\u00e1nu, ale pokud n\u011bco z\u016fstane i druh\u00fd den, pak do n\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1m uva\u0159en\u00e9 \u010dern\u00e9 fazole, podu\u0161en\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky s paprikami nebo ko\u0159en\u00ed jako sko\u0159ice, \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fd km\u00edn, \u010derstv\u00fd koriandr nebo harissu.  Pak vznikne n\u011bco jako chilli con carne , kter\u00e9 pod\u00e1v\u00e1m s r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed nebo jako pikantn\u00ed sm\u011bs na kuskus a j\u00e1hly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro 6 a\u017e 8 osob<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 g hov\u011bz\u00edho p\u0159edn\u00edho masa (zbaven\u00e9 tuku a blan)<\/li><li>olej<\/li><li>1 l\u017e\u00edce italsk\u00e9 pancetty na kosti\u010dky (pokud nem\u00e1te, nenahrazovat ni\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm)<\/li><li>2 \u0159ap\u00edky celeru nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9ho na jemno<\/li><li>200 g mrkve nastrouhan\u00e9 nahrubo<\/li><li>100 g \u0161alotky na kosti\u010dky<\/li><li>1,5 dcl dobr\u00e9ho \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna (m\u00e1m na va\u0159en\u00ed rad\u011bji slad\u0161\u00ed, ne p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 such\u00e9)<\/li><li>2 plechovky po 400 g loupan\u00fdch cel\u00fdch raj\u010dat<\/li><li>5 l\u017eic rajsk\u00e9ho protlaku MUTTI<\/li><li>2 l\u017ei\u010dky su\u0161en\u00e9ho oreg\u00e1na<\/li><li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka su\u0161en\u00e9 bazalky<\/li><li>cca 750 ml v\u00fdvaru<\/li><li>nakonec s\u016fl ,pep\u0159 a \u010derstv\u00e1 bazalka<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Hov\u011bz\u00ed maso nameleme na hrubo.  Na p\u00e1nvi rozp\u00e1l\u00edme olej a p\u0159id\u00e1me pancettu, \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fd celer, mrkev a \u0161alotku. Zeleninu restujeme na velmi m\u00edrn\u00e9m plameni pod pootev\u0159enou pokli\u010dkou 15 a\u017e 20 minut. Tento krok je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, zelenina pust\u00ed sladkost, kterou pot\u0159ebujeme, \u010das restov\u00e1n\u00ed za \u017e\u00e1dnou cenu nezkracujte. Nesm\u00ed se p\u0159ip\u00e1lit, m\u00e1 jen lehce zezl\u00e1tnout. Po t\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me mlet\u00e9 maso a a\u017e se zat\u00e1hne, tak v\u0161e podlijeme v\u00ednem. V\u00edno mus\u00edme nechat zcela odpa\u0159it a jakmile v p\u00e1nvi nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 tekutina, tak p\u0159id\u00e1me 2 plechovky raj\u010dat a protlak. Raj\u010data v p\u00e1nvi tro\u0161ku rozkr\u00e1j\u00edme va\u0159e\u010dkou. P\u0159id\u00e1me oregano a su\u0161enou bazalku a podlijeme \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvaru. Dus\u00edme za ob\u010dasn\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 90 minut a podle pot\u0159eby p\u0159il\u00e9v\u00e1me v\u00fdvar. Ke konci va\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1me \u010derstvou bazalku a ochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: pokud pot\u0159ebuji spot\u0159ebovat zbytek su\u0161en\u00fdch raj\u010dat nebo pesto ze su\u0161en\u00fdch raj\u010dat, tak je p\u0159id\u00e1m do om\u00e1\u010dky spolu s raj\u010daty.  Om\u00e1\u010dka bude m\u00edt je\u0161t\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdraznou raj\u010datovou chu\u0165.
