Va\u0159\u00edm ji v parn\u00ed troub\u011b 70 a\u017e 90 minut i se slupkou. Po vychladnut\u00ed ji oloupu a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m do r\u016fzn\u00fdch sal\u00e1tu nebo na tuto v\u00fdbornou pol\u00e9vku.  V takto uva\u0159en\u00e9 \u0159ep\u011b z\u016fstane v\u0161echna \u0161\u0165\u00e1va a barvi\u010dka. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 restovat na mal\u00e9m plameni, s m\u00edrn\u011b pootev\u0159enou pokli\u010dkou, pod kterou si d\u00e1v\u00e1m va\u0159e\u010dku, aby se mi \u00fapln\u011b nezav\u0159ela, cca 15 a\u017e 20 minut. Zelenina se nesm\u00ed p\u0159ip\u00e1lit, mus\u00ed pouze m\u00edrn\u011b zezl\u00e1tnout a kr\u00e1sn\u011b za tuto dobu zesl\u00e1dne, co\u017e je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Cca po 20-ti minut\u00e1ch p\u0159id\u00e1me k zelenin\u011b raj\u010data, \u0159epu a protlak a restujeme dal\u0161\u00edch 15 minut. Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete pokli\u010dku odkr\u00fdt a tro\u0161ku zv\u00fd\u0161it plamen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat\u00edmco se n\u00e1m restuje \u0159epn\u00e1 sm\u011bs na p\u00e1nvi, tak si d\u00e1me va\u0159it v\u00fdvar s bobkov\u00fdm listem, nov\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm a kuli\u010dkov\u00fdm pep\u0159em. Jakmile za\u010dne va\u0159it, p\u0159id\u00e1me do n\u011bj brambory, kter\u00e9 va\u0159\u00edme do m\u011bkka, cca 12 minut. Po t\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me b\u00edl\u00e9 zel\u00ed a va\u0159\u00edme dal\u0161\u00edch 10 minut. Brambory mus\u00ed b\u00fdt m\u011bkk\u00e9, ne\u017e k nim d\u00e1me zel\u00ed, jinak se u\u017e nedova\u0159\u00ed. Po zel\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se va\u0159ilo 10 minut, p\u0159id\u00e1me do v\u00fdvaru \u0159epnou sm\u011bs z p\u00e1nve a va\u0159\u00edm posledn\u00edch 15, max. 20 minut, ale ne d\u00e9le. Zelenina by byla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rozva\u0159en\u00e1.  P\u0159ed koncem dochut\u00edm sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em, rozdrcen\u00fdm \u010desnekem a hlavn\u011b citr\u00f3novou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou, kter\u00e1 kr\u00e1sn\u011b zv\u00fdrazn\u00ed \u010dervenou barvu pol\u00e9vky. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1m s kope\u010dkem kysan\u00e9 smetany, kter\u00e1 podle m\u011b nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip: nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je dodr\u017eovat jednotliv\u00e9 doby va\u0159en\u00ed. Pokud d\u011bl\u00e1m variantu s masem, pak si dop\u0159edu uva\u0159\u00edm hov\u011bz\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00ed, nejl\u00e9pe i s kost\u00ed, s ko\u0159enovou zeleninou a s ko\u0159en\u00edm. M\u011bkk\u00e9 maso nakr\u00e1j\u00edm na kosti\u010dky.
