Rohl\u00edk nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na \u010dtvrtky a zalijeme ml\u00e9kem. Jakmile nas\u00e1kne tekutinu, tak jej vy\u017ed\u00edm\u00e1me a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kousky. Cibulku nasek\u00e1me najemno, mortadellu nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na jemn\u00e9 prou\u017eky. Sm\u00edch\u00e1me houby, rohl\u00edk, cibulku, mortadellu a nasekanou petr\u017eelovou na\u0165. Nakonec p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me hov\u011bz\u00ed maso, v\u0161e prom\u00edch\u00e1me a teprve potom p\u0159id\u00e1me vejce a ochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em. D\u016fkladn\u011b ru\u010dn\u011b prohn\u011bteme.&nbsp;<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Formu na chleb\u00ed\u010dek vyt\u0159eme olejem, vysypeme strouhankou a vylo\u017e\u00edme tenk\u00fdmi pl\u00e1tky pancetty. J\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m silikonovou formu, kterou sta\u010d\u00ed pouze vylo\u017eit pancettou. Z&nbsp;masov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi vytvaruji \u0161i\u0161ku a vlo\u017e\u00edme do formy. Formu d\u00e1me p\u00e9ct do trouby p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 160 stup\u0148\u016f. Pe\u010deme 30 minut a pot\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161\u00edme teplotu na 180 stup\u0148\u016f a pe\u010deme dal\u0161\u00edch 20 minut.
