Tak\u017ee v&nbsp;tomto receptu naleznete jen zeleninu, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a zdrav\u00fd olivov\u00fd olej.&nbsp; Rozd\u00edl oproti klasick\u00e9 sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 nepozn\u00e1te, jen to, \u017ee se budete c\u00edtit leh\u010d\u00ed a nebudete zapl\u00e1cnut\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdmi tuky.<\/em><\/h6>\n<hr>\n<h6><em><strong>Pro 4 osoby:<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>300 g mrkve<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>100 g petr\u017eele<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>50 g \u0161alotky<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>3 l\u017e\u00edce olivov\u00e9ho oleje<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>500 ml v\u00fdvaru<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>250 ml vody<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>2 a\u017e 3 velk\u00e9 l\u017e\u00edce dom\u00e1c\u00edho ke\u0161u m\u00e1sla<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>4 kuli\u010dky nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>6 kuli\u010dek \u010dern\u00e9ho pep\u0159e<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>1 bobkov\u00fd list<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Na dochucen\u00ed s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a p\u00e1r kapek citronu.<\/em><\/h6>\n<hr>\n<h6><em>Mrkev a petr\u017eel nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kole\u010dka, \u0161alotku na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kostky a v\u0161e restujeme n\u011bkolik minut na m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm plamenu do zlato hn\u011bda.&nbsp; P\u0159id\u00e1me l\u017ei\u010dku t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho cukru a asi minutu nech\u00e1me zkaramelizovat. Zalijeme v\u00fdvarem, p\u0159id\u00e1me kuli\u010dky nov\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed, \u010dern\u00e9ho pep\u0159e a bobkov\u00fd list a v\u0161e dus\u00edme pod pokli\u010dkou cca 45 minut.&nbsp; Mezit\u00edm si p\u0159iprav\u00edme ke\u0161u smetanu. Do mix\u00e9ru d\u00e1me 250 ml vody a 3 l\u017e\u00edce ke\u0161u m\u00e1sla a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b spolu promixujeme a d\u00e1me do lednice. M\u011bkkou zeleninu pas\u00edrujeme p\u0159es s\u00edto. Nikdy nemixuji!&nbsp; I kdy\u017e je to rychlej\u0161\u00ed, chu\u0165 pas\u00edrovan\u00e9 zeleniny je mnohem lep\u0161\u00ed. Do zeleniny vm\u00edch\u00e1me ke\u0161u smetanu a za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nechte proh\u0159\u00e1t.&nbsp; Nakonec dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em a p\u00e1r kapkami citr\u00f3nu.<\/em><\/h6>\n<h6><em>Tip: A proto\u017ee d\u011bti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed maso, zkuste do om\u00e1\u010dky vlo\u017eit kuli\u010dky z&nbsp;mlet\u00e9ho masa.&nbsp; J\u00e1 je d\u011bl\u00e1m z&nbsp;telec\u00edho mlet\u00e9ho masa, kter\u00e9 jen tro\u0161ku osol\u00edm. Vytvaruji kuli\u010dky, kter\u00e9 lehce poma\u017eu olivov\u00fdm olejem, vlo\u017e\u00edm na plech na pe\u010d\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edr a pe\u010du na 180\u00b0C 12 a\u017e 15 minut. Vlo\u017e\u00edm do hork\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky a nech\u00e1m kuli\u010dky chv\u00edli nas\u00e1knout chu\u0165 sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky.&nbsp; Je to rychlovka.
