Trv\u00e1 to cca 20 minut, kdy zelenina ztrat\u00ed vodu, za\u010dne sl\u00e1dnout a lehce zezl\u00e1tne. Nesm\u00ed hodn\u011b hn\u011bdnout nebo b\u00fdt sp\u00e1len\u00e1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00e9 zeleninu zalijeme kapkou \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna a restujeme, dokud se tekutina zcela nevypa\u0159\u00ed. P\u0159id\u00e1me cuketu nakr\u00e1jenou na kostky, scezen\u00e1 kr\u00e1jen\u00e1 raj\u010data a tro\u0161ku v\u00fdvaru a v\u0161e dohromady cca 10 minut pova\u0159\u00edme. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me such\u00e9 t\u011bstoviny a propl\u00e1chnut\u00e9 fazole a va\u0159\u00edme, dokud nejsou t\u011bstoviny hotov\u00e9. V\u00fdvar p\u0159il\u00e9v\u00e1me dle pot\u0159eby, tak, aby jsme pol\u00e9vku p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nena\u0159edili, mus\u00ed z\u016fstat hust\u00e1. Jakmile jsou t\u011bstoviny m\u011bkk\u00e9, tak vm\u00edch\u00e1me listov\u00fd \u0161pen\u00e1t, kter\u00fd nech\u00e1me lehce zavadnout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakonec pol\u00e9vku dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em.
